Crunchy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor, these Cheddar Cheese Crackers are the perfect companion to your favorite dips, a glass of wine, or simply as a delightful snack.
Ingredients:- 100g cheddar cheese
- Spices: Rosemary, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, a pinch of pepper
- 120g butter
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp of sour cream
Instructions:Mix butter and all-purpose flour, add grated cheddar cheese, rosemary, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, mix once again and add 2 tbs of sour cream to form a dough.
Chill the dough in the fridge for at least an hour.
Roll out the dough, cut into triangles, and create holes using a confectionary nozzle.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on them as baking times may vary.
